Those shareholders voting similarly together can make profound difference. 100 shareholders acting together have legal capacity to initiate 249D's. Shareholders wanting to make difference in situation have capacity to do so by working together. Troy Harry has over 5% of CTP and could himself initiate 249D. Without support from other shareholders his action would fail. Key to successful shareholder action is recognition of problems, development of course of action, co-operation to achieve goal. Individual holdings may be comparatively small but aggregated in co-operation are powerful.
