Annual Report will be mailed to owners / shareholders in October. Notice of meeting will probably be included with the Report. Motions submitted
by owners / shareholders for voting at AGM need to be with company in time for printing of notice of AGM. Company may, at its discretion, make submitters pay costs involved of mail out done later. CTP's on-line publication of current re-appraisal of production / exploration prospects / Board preferred company development scenario report needs be available well before those dates unless company decides to advise owners / shareholders in advance that it will bear cost of later mail-out of submitted motions.
