Ok, so what’s the rub with the AGM voting?
I’ve never done this before, but feel strongly that a message needs to be sent to the board that mediocrity isn’t good enough.
I saw a few days back there was talk of nominating some kind of proxy so our voice could be heard… did this become formal or is it simply a case of lodging my vote to say No to the performance incentives?
