The easiest way to vote at meeting is to lodge your vote online through https://vote.linkmarketservices.com/ATM/ You can cast your vote directly or appoint a proxy who will vote on your behalf. Proxy could be NZSA for kiwis or ASA for aussies. I personally often use NZSA as a proxy. However, one need to understand that NZSA or ASA will vote in accordance with their guidelines which are not necessarily align with your personal view. For instance, if you personally think that company should not appoint Mr X as a director but you appoint NZSA(ASA) as a proxy they might vote in favor of appointment because their guidelines say so. So in such case you better submit a direct vote. This time I submitted my votes directly. In my experience majority of shareholders usually appoint Chair as a proxy which is in my view is a huge mistake as Chair will always vote in interest of the board and management and not shareholders.
