I plan to vote against the share issues that were for 3c with options at 3c strike price, If you have a share issuing policy - in the past it was for options at twice the strike price of the ordinary shares - then you should stick to it, or offer an explanation. I know this won't make any difference to the results, since the share issues don't need shareholder approval anyway.
I guess its good that employees are taking shares instead of wages in many cases, but I suspect they had very little choice in the matter.
I'm very happy that the share price remains at around 5c, with no news, and seems to be staying there or thereabouts, but its still perplexing that we don't know why all the sudden interest has occurred.
