so what's happened to everyone's shares? where is the share capital? the company cannot just turn its email off and ignore everything. as a public company, and as a corporation in general, it has statutory directors' duties -- so... where is the share capital? surely they must have sent out to all SHs what the situation is and what progress is being made?
