agm voting

Hi all. Got an email 26/10 advising AGM and links to Notice of meeting and Annual report but no ability to vote on-line. Email did not say that I would be mailed a paper proxy, although would suspect under their Corps Act requirements they would be required to do so. No paper proxy received by me more than a week later. I would like to vote and will call the number advised but just wonder if others are in the same situation.
