OK and normally I might agree but IMO the offer for AG to resign and Chairman rejecting was not genuine. The Chairman should have resigned but instead he took a 50% increase in pay. Now the BOD requests shareholders support incentives for AG. I don't give BOD my ongoing trust proxy because they did not safeguard shareholders in the past.
