    It's their money so all shareholders should have a view on who is in charge.
    All shareholders should be less passive and docile and vote on resolutions, those raised by fellow shareholders deserve at least consideration.
    With the recent first strike provision I understand a vote of 20% against the remuneration report would trigger a first strike and if repeated a second year would cause a board spill. I can see the concern that destabilising the board is not ideal in this specific case with such a lot of debt and weak cashflows supporting it.
    Feeling very pleased that I voted for the first strike against the old Cardno board who thoroughly deserved a pasting also.
    If you think the typical director would choose shareholder returns over lining their pockets and building an empire you must live on some other planet as SGH is a perfect example of the latter.
    Best wishes to holders - still watching for the turnaround I hope will come.
