I'm new to this and I have here with me proxy form which I believed I can cast my vote. I read the AGM notice but to be honest didn't really understand itYOW sits at the biggest in my ASX portfolio and one of my biggest holdings overall. ASX is 25% of my overall portfolio of shares.
What I'm after are:
1) Does it help to submit the proxy/voting form?
2) I'm voting against 6.1 to 6.4. How could they ask for awards when SP 40% to 50% down from peak!
3) Items 1 to 5, I don't really know what to put. Per forums, Loxton is a drag for the company whilst I have no idea on Patricia.
