I'm new to this and I have here with me proxy form which I believed I can cast my vote. I read the AGM notice but to be honest didn't really understand it YOW sits at the biggest in my ASX portfolio and one of my biggest holdings overall. ASX is 25% of my overall portfolio of shares.
What I'm after are:
1) Does it help to submit the proxy/voting form?
2) I'm voting against 6.1 to 6.4. How could they ask for awards when SP 40% to 50% down from peak!
3) Items 1 to 5, I don't really know what to put. Per forums, Loxton is a drag for the company whilst I have no idea on Patricia.
