Some thoughts on this. All imo.

Before I see reasonable improvement on sp e.g. Go above ipo price, or any further development of this company itself, I will be voting no on all resolutions without a doubt, non of those people on board has proven any value of themselves, they don't even pretend or appear to care a damn about shareholders, who are literally the owner of this company and people who pay them salary.

Will you agree to pay your employee $70k a year when they make you no money and costing you $90k? If you know the answer to my question, you are probably smart enough to figure out what I'm trying to say here.
