New management always brings a reset. The way I see it, the cancer has been cut out, the shareholders that are selling aren’t convinced that the change in management has changed anything. This plays into new management hands whilst they reset.
Bottom line if you aren’t a believer then sell and move on. Meanwhile some of us feel a little more positive towards the future.
