AGM voting

FGR shareholders will recently have received their notice of upcoming AGM with proposed agenda items for voting. We are being asked to vote on the proposed allocation of free options to all four Directors. Given the disappointing performance of the share price over the last year and slow progress with mining, I would urge shareholders to seriously consider who is worthy of receiving free options. This is your opportunity to have a say in how you see the past performance of individual Directors and how the company is run. I would urge all shareholders to be pro-active and vote according to their preferences.
