What confuses me is why there wasn’t a previous appointment of these directors? Has this company not dissolved and been liquidated?

Just looked on ComputerShare and see that my holdings are still available but listed as ‘unlisted’.

Would be great to get an idea if something is actually happening with this company and if perhaps they are coming out of administration. Wishful thinking by a long short but had already written this off as a loss.
