AGM Voting

Possibly this thread will disappear into the mist, but I do believe voting is important even if what you choose is not the way it goes.

I thought I would share a screenshot of another group of shares voting with particular interest to that of Resolution 5



I have another group of shares I will be sending through later this week.

Voting AGAINST to resolution 5 in my view will require the company to decide who should be kept in the  Non-executive directors group should the AGAINST vote win.

This could potentially result in Martin Rowley or Jiang-Nan Zhang being asked to move along to free up some $$$ space.

Everyone's vote is important.
