I’m against increasing any management bonuses or stock options until MCP shares are at a price around $1.50! Reading the annual report it’s crazy rewarding management for just getting the share price back to fair value. It needs to be way above this b4 any bonuses are given. The Board and mgmt are paid well enough and so far it is crystal clear the they have NOT done a good job in managing this company over past few years!! No more bonuses or share options for just doing theirj job! We need to see improvement first…. Then bonuses follow!
