I voted online today and declare my dissatisfaction with the 'ghost' Director. In 10+ years of owning (a lot of) Inca shares, I cannot remember any postive contribution from Mr Lloyd. I can only remember wondering how in previous raisings, he was a direct party to giving up to 50% discounts on the prevailing price at the time of the announcement - to the detriment of the long suffering shareholders who had their holdings sigtnificantly diluted.
I recommend to VOTE NO to RESOLUTION 3.
