If you are not comfortable in voting against all the resolutions. Then at least vote down the first one regarding the renumeration report.
If there is 25% of the voting against it, then this triggers a “first strike strike” against the board. If a second “No” vote on the renumeration report occurs in the following year, a “second strike” is declared, and it would lead to determining if the entire should be re-elected. Something none of them would recorded against their individual directorships.
