Yes maybe Ross and Stewart have a new perspective as shareholders. Do the resolutions benefit the board more than shareholders? I'm all for rewarding directors but only on the back of adding value.
How about Bioscience Managers? Our chairman is their senior partner but I'm not sure he can vote himself for the options? Dr. Atkins, also a bioscience partner, quit CYP after only a few months. So how is the relationship with Bioscience Managers? They can't be happy at all with the SP.
