Also, just a reminder, Kilian has just been handed the new role along with 2,000,000 cheap options (as SP smashed via a poorly timed raise) and now in his first AGM, wants another 750,000 cheap options on top. I'd call this out as 'double dipping' showing nothing much has changed with this board and management. In fact, I'd say it's just more of the same old same old.
