Additional 2.5M votes against from my network. That's minimum 5.5M against votes, plus @col69 and other unknown shareholders.
We need 25% to block the resolutions which is a tall order, but even if we show we can gain support of 9M+ votes that a clear message to the board with it being enough for an EGM.
