my 2cents is that regardless of when the manufacturing licence is delivered before or after EGM & AGM, SH's should vote on what they believe is the most prosperous for THC moving forward.
There's many factors in THC's future, we know as many facts & opinions as we may know, been expressed & discussed here on HC.
We're all knowledgeable investors that can read between paper colour & this & that.
