What does stand out in the AGM material received from the company is the green EGM proxy form attempting to replace the original one sent out for the EGM.
Instead of being in original form previously received, the sly foxes in management have strategically moved names around on the green EGM form to confuse shareholders into voting for the current persons on board.
Sleight of hand by management designed to deceive shareholders, that might have wanted to vote for resolutions, into giving the chairman their proxy (instead of Alan Beasley as per the original EGM form) so he can then vote against resolutions on their behalf when they may have actually wanted to vote for them.
Very tricky chaps.
