I just want to make comment on a couple of things that have become the subject of discussion on HC recently and of the sensitivity the HC moderators are applying to some posts and discussions continuing on from those posts.

I just need to emphasise to readers here that if all shareholders do not band together and make our voices heard the only thing we will hear after the AGM will be the Last Post because our voices will not be heard, this board will have had the numbers to roll all of us and after that our concerns and voices may as well be the rustling of leaves in the wind, we will be of no consequence.

I am not at all sure that shareholders are aware as to how precarious our position is. The percentage of potential votes as it stands at the moment is very close to ensuring this board continues on its merry way with its promise to bring value to shareholders and that will come about of that I am sure.
The difference will be those shareholders WILL NOT BE YOU it will be those who are recent entries to this company's share register, some have even posted on HC, or who have had the financial wherewithall to buy as many as they can on the way down to the miserable level where the share price presently resides.

Ask yourself who got it there and where was the value in that to shareholders?

The situation facing retail shareholders is dire. The loss in value of our holdings such as they are will be even more substantial when post the 17November16 AGM this present board is allowed to “CONTINUE TO BRING” value to shareholders as they have done over the past 3 years.

The subject of a takeover by EGO's largest shareholder has been bandied about in recent weeks. But what does that actually mean? Shareholders who have experienced takeovers know that existing shareholders of the company taken over are given notice of what their shares are worth on a take it or we will sell your shares on your behalf basis and send you the cheque. Your cheque in the mail will certainly not what you will be expecting.

There is one hope for we shareholders and that person has made it known he will take on the board if enough support is provided for him to act .
