I wont be presumptuous enough to comment in depth as obviously you guys are right on the ball.

But congratulations on standing up and getting your view point across.

Have no doubt, they may not admit it front up but the hammering will be discussed at board level and will impact on what they do (or more likely how they do it).

Not knowing the personalities makes it hard, but technical people often have trouble conversing with the masses; not coz they don't want to but because they are simply a different creature. When they don't have the guts to admit it, then its a pain.

However when it is said and done, salesmen and PR people don't create mines. This crew has and you are likely to reap some great rewards quite soon.
