Well it looks like nothing news worthy came out of the AGM ...
The price is flirting with .90 with strong buying so my view on the AGM is that there was nothing negative mentioned and they probably said that funding is on track and will be completed in the first quarter of 2013.
A large share holder didn't want Director Peter Breese to receive 100,000 performance rights. Over 25 million votes against.
Gill Winkler received 1,550,000, I would be far more comfortable if she bought shares with her own money rather than be given $1,500,000 worth. She is already on a good salary, it's time she started to show that she is earning it.
