    I don't think it is anyone's intention to get rid off the MD.It is his job to attract good fundies on the register who would support the SP during the development stage.Unfortunately we have none and the share dilution is happening when the SP is in a gutter.So much progress was made but no one to support the story.In this area the MD failed real BAD.This should be corrected.Sometimes new blood can fasten the processes.
