All ground and marine monitoring works are either complete or in their final stages,with the reports being compiled by the relevant contractors for inclusion into the EIS submission.

Importantly, the Company notes that no hindrances or concerns with the EIS have been raised to date.

The Environmental Impact Statement (“EIS” for the Darwin TIVAN® Processing Plant continued to progress with final reports being compiled by TNG’s principal environmental consultant, Animal Plant Mineral Pty Ltd (“APM”.

There must be a final final final report.. Gotta be close, but who bloody knows! Then how long before it's approved?? I think we're getting into those convenient months when everything shuts down for xmas, NY's etc! Also it seems to me others are catching up..
