    Herc; a company is only as good as its management, regardless of the quality of the resources etc.

    IMO,the AGM would be a timely way to to demonstrate dissatisfacton by the way we vote on the 3 resolutions. The problem is, shareholders tend to be pretty apathetic when it comes to voting at an AGM.
