I agree, the incompetent one is DP but for all his qualities the good Dr has gone along with him in devaluing this company so therefore in my book is undeserving of the position of Director. we all know what happens when you question DP, however one can not be forgiven for blindly following without question. me thinks the reason so many board members have departed in the past would be because of conscious and non agreement of the CEO's ways.

If the good DR has the qualities required he could always be re-appointed under a new management regime
