At the AGM it was quite clear that the shareholders want more information, more information to be put out to the investmrnt world and a web site that was promised over at least the last 2 AGM's.

Management's response, again as for the last 2 years, was he same - mainly (as I understood it) "trust us, we are doing all that there is to be done, stay patient and all will be well" - a deaf ear, or at least a lame response (again) to shareholder's repeated demand for information, information that is made available by nearly all other listed companies.

SE's attitude to a web site is simple - look at all the companies that went belly up during the downturn - they all had web sites - were did it get them? - I'd rather be in the field doing what has to be done - etc.

Not good enough - SE personally can continue doing what has to be done without interupting himself - in the total scheme of things, setting up and maintaining a web site and allowing a constant flow of information can be done easily and quickly by experts for a very moderate outlay - it is not unreasonable for the shareholders to demand this from the company's management.

In response to a question regarding the brokers' negative
view of AGM, SE's response was that it was due to the brokers' negative view of Indonesia - nonsense, I think that the rate of information flow from the company and apparent reliance on promises has a lot to do with it.
