the latest announcement with AGM presentation is not very inspiring.A similar map to last years AGM when directors admitted that they never set foot in Sth America.
After one years operation all they can say is that YA Global debt has been paid and ADY owns 100% of Vallenar. So what?
Exactly how much has ADY paid for the 100% ownership. Must be multi millions of dollars and millions of shares. to Farkas. And for that outlay we now have 2 billion shares on issue, no Rincon and very little iron ore output over the past three years.
A well managed company indeed!Maybe that is why JA , Michael Clarke and Harper have very few paid up shares between them. Do they see a future? YES their renumeration packages!
Lets hope that share holders got a better idea of the prospects at today's AGM.
