The line given was that until a deal is actually done they won't be giving details of how the negotiations are going. JA did say that they (ADY)are being looked at because of the quality of the ore (low impurities etc.)
From what I gather the Chinese can bring money to fund an operation but not the knowledge of how to run an operation like this which is what ADY management desire/require in potential partnership. There are four parties with which they supposedly are having serious discussion with and none of these are Chinese.
