That attitude that if someone is not happy with Company's Management to sell out, is wearing very thin, and an easy cop out, when posters are caught out of ideas and put up contrarian and substantiated arguments, lol.
Too many times I read this, and it is all crapola. Nothing more, nothing less.

So, in your own admission, one has to loose his money without doing anything about ut, or speak up about it? Is that what you mean? Come on Pgamble one would expect a bit better than that from you.

As for the remuneration of both JA and Rober Clarke with their shares issue.

Do you think that it is fair that both these Resolutions were overwhelmingly voted against by the vote counts, and yet the Board/Company/Chairman at the meeting, had the blatant gut to call for a show of hands, instead of taking the proxy votes for granted as a refusal, AND GETTING IT THOUGH???.

These people are not the good people you keep on trying in making us belive. They are crooks just the same as all the previous one, and just the same as PT. They are only there for what they can get. NOT US AND THE COMPANY.

And Maria, (if she is till the same Maria), after all the BS and sweet talks that she has fed us before on a day in day out basis, is still there now. Go and figure that one out, lol.

I fully agree with IOG's sentiments. This Board has to be totally pushed out of the road, if we are to get anywhere soon.
