You are avoiding the real question and making excuses my friend.

The real question was that these GENTLEMEN, if we are allowed to call them that, had their shares issue voted down by a majority of holders. THAT IS THE CRUNCH.
The numbers that I posted previously was living proof of that. And yet they got their shares awarded to them, by another mean and by circumverting the proxy votes.

Where is Democracy then? What is the use of calling for proxy votes, and waste shareholders funds, if they don't want to follow the rules anyway....

Budfoxx, It is no use you agreeing on what they got, or voting for the resolution in favour of them, if the proxy votes, voted that down.

That is the question to you. Do you agree or disagree with what they did??

IMHO, they are all turred with same brush. BIRD OF A FEATHER WILL ALWAYS FLOCK TOGETHER. And don't forget that while PT was still there, everyone of this lot, always agreed and supported what he was doing. Yes, including Maria.
