Let me put it to you this way.
If a restaurant is cooking bad meals and continuously loosing customer's confidence and patronage, would you go and employ a new person that is good at replacing new stoves and fridges, and organizing for someone to do the proper equipment maintenance, or would you get rid of the main chef and his first assistant??
Even with all new equipment in place, the main chefs will continue to serve bad meals. Because, that is all he is good at, lol. IS IT NOT???
