    that is the biggest piece of nonsense i have heard on this forum, and that is saying something!

    I am chair of audit of a small cap asx coy, and have been chair of risk and audit of several others. That sentence either displays an absolute contempt for the asx principles or is an indicator of a lot about how this company operates.
