The capital raising went 100% to paying down debt and they now have a much lower debt level than when prviously paying dividends.
The company is forecasting a reasonable and sustainable profit. In the past from that level of profit a dividend was paid and unless thay have other intentions for the profits I would hae expected a return to dividend payments.
