    Guess we'll never know whether they even managed to muster a quorum. Doubt anybody is interested in what management has to say anymore. FCS is just a service company for the NASDAQ FCC and will be run into the ground until the Swiss based Arab shareholders can obtain as good as 100% of it via exercising their convertible notes.

    Not even a market to get out anymore. Wonder if Genner has spent his ill gotten gains yet?
