Thanks macca, westcott & others for the reply. These guys seem to change what they say more often than the weather.I'm thoroughly confused now which is probably their intention.Maybe with all the flack and attention they have copped they can't siphon the other tenements off to VNS and have gone back to BHP to take other tenements as well. If this is the case they are acting like spoiled school kids, cutting off their noses to spite their faces.I've been hanging on this long to hopefully get a split of the proceeds of whats left to make the deal slightly more palatable. As others have said when your left with such a sour taste in your mouth you will have long memories of the names involved.
