Can we assume that SGP have said "not interested" or FKP have said "deal off...business as usual".
I agree it should give the company some focus now.
Just speculating for the moment: PTN are dead in the water. I wonder of FKP would look at a merger by offering a scrip deal?
Back to SGP for a minute, they have outlaid some serious money for a passive investment...plus they have stated on a few occasions that retirement is a central plank for their future direction as well.
Just does not add up.
