*Malaysia –disappointing set back, working through process to ensure recommencement.

Comment; Malay government have not budgeted any committment for extra expenditure until 2012- this will not be happening- IMO.

•China –USD$16.5m cash already banked.

Comment; Any investor whom thinks collecting 16.5M from nearly 40M is good, should not be trading in shares. Serious issues await this company.

•Consulting –All major FY09 accounts receivables collected and scale down as planned

Comment- Yer right it was a waste of time\money and Nexbis does not have the expertise to MANAGE consultants anyway. This was straight from a proported consultants mouth. The consultants keep picking up the issues in the Nexcode products. They only wish to sell it to whom are silly enough to buy. It is nothing new and WILL NOT get a patent. As the technology is supposedly very similar to many other ID software. Nothing special or new.

•Vietnam –New tender submission date end Dec (World bank reference WB Fund, Credit 4073-VN)

Comment- Lost out in Vietnam before and will once again. No chance...

•Patent filing progress- OH WHAT A JOKE- No chance of a patent- IT HAS BEENED FILED ONLY FOR SHOW TO ENTICE INVESTORS...

By all accounts the Nexcode product suite is nothing special. After months of trying they will not offer an example of demo of the products. SO I can only take the word of a proported x-contractor of Nexbis. Whom states the technology is near nothing special or new.

Yet who really knows if they can get contracts in the short term, with good enough sales people you can sell nearly anything. But it will never be the world leading security firm, as they claim. The products are not special and the current people in the company have no integrity.

No claims of making 1.7 BILLION Dollars from products in the current project pipeline issued on 2nd Sep 2009.

Oh well I live and learn...
