it is interesting with some companies on the asx where they play a bit of a pea and thimble game. Moving money around making announcements about xy or z but nothing concrete ever being seen. Then selling on the rise and then raising money at depressed prices to only repeat the process without ever actually doing anything.

it is spooky.

not saying that is happening here at cnn - just talking generally of course...
