FYI - the value/price of the preformance shares is derived from the SP movement.
that is how the value of 0.13 and 0.15 is reached for item 4 and 5.
If SP average price was higher, the amount of shares given out would be less.
Management has many a times repied that they have no control of SP prices, but i am sure they are aware this is the gauge they are measured and are now useing the SP to measure their preformance shares.
