    With next weeks AGM and the bonuses the directors are requesting I think share holders will have to think very carefully before agreeing.
    Other companies like AUT etc have not dropped as much as AZZ. All companies are exposed to the global downturn and threatening Rudd resource tax, however, they don't seem to be as vulnerable.

    Just my thoughts.....

    Anybody else have a view on this.
