I agree with all you have said about James in that he has done a good job,a very good job.He has also strongly supported the company in the past on a number of occasions by puting his hands in his own pockets and buying shares on market.He is however very well paid and his personal investment in AZZ,through shares he has bought,I hope one day will make him a very rich man.
While he is deserving to something for his efforts,I generally have an aversion now to the general rules that have long applied that management help themselves when they see the time is right.Ive seen some management destroy some companies and still take performance bonuses.The whole system stinks. I also think James deserves to be rewarded for his good work.So I kindoff agree and disagree with both sides,though what is on offer seems a bit excessive to shareholders,though the norm in practise by management.
