If you look at a ANN in 1/2009 it states FAR has recieved a third WRITTEN offer from a company in regards to a JV. Two month later ANN with Shell. Two things ! One , I would like FAR to state if it has any written offers. We re not asking who , consequently it's not sensative info! Two , if it was Shell it took two months to rap up. Sorry but I'm going against the flow here , a little more info ME. Just because it's a speccie doesn't mean we sit back and don't ask questions.
