    Some months ago I posted that an EGM was needed to dismiss Wayne and the other Directors . I asked if there were any lawyers out there who could draft up such a motion . I was severely denigrated by other posters and received numerous " thumbs down " for my comments .

    Perhaps I was not so wrong after all !!

    I repeat my suggestion . Someone with legal knowledge might like to find out how the shareholders can . legally , if they so desire , dismiss Mr Mc Crae from running this company .
