re: agm parker keith Regarding the agreements, outrageous clauses rarely hold water in court. I doubt they'd get a cent if they were sacked. The remuneration committee that recommended those agreements in the 1st place would probably have questions to answer in court & possibly to ASIC. The Shareholder vote obviously got them an agreement but whether that was enough to support non-commercial conditions is another thing.

If they did threaten to leave then the other Directors should have called their bluff, no-one is ever indispensible & a dufus could run a lolly shop better than these guys - yeah perhaps a dufus wouldn't do so well at capital raisings & jaw-boning the market & potential investors, then spending up big & rewarding itself!
