Can you please lead me to the part that says that the new employees are getting options in lieu of pay.

Where is the employment contract???

I am a bean counter, (if you come up I will show you my qualifications), and I am self employed.
Hence why I don't get incentive options. My employees they always got a bonus at the end of the year. But only when they showed me that they performed, and that my balance sheet, and the figures in the P.& L. have improved from the ones of the previous year.
